How to Pitch!!! "Basics"

A couple of tips you should know are as follows:

1) Keep your arm in the slot.
When pitching keep your arm in the slot for if it's out of the slot your ball is in every direction you can think of.

2) Step hard
When you step off the rubber, step hard. The harder you step the harder you throw.

3) Accelerate your arm speed
The faster the arm speed the faster the pitch whether it is a curve or a screw ball. Throw your hardest all the time.
